... the moment you went to the gate I set a Cherub over it to guard it. Be at peace.
When St. Faustina heard how dangerous it was to be at the gate during her days because of revolutionary disturbances and some malicious individuals who have hatred towards convents, she went in and had a talk with the Lord. She requested our Lord Jesus Christ to so arrange it that no evil-minded person would dare come to the gate. Then, Saint Faustina heard these words: My daughter, the moment you went to the gate I set a Cherub over it to guard it. Be at peace (Diary, 1271).
Pause for a while and recognize the presence of Jesus.
In silence & calmness of your heart, talk to Him.
Give Him at least a minute of your time.
Ask for the forgiveness of your sins and allow Jesus to protect you and your loved ones from all harm.
Bear in mind that Jesus is Love and Merciful.
He is the Divine Mercy we can all rely on.
